1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
1-3/4 c. flour
1 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
36 candy kisses
Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to above. Shape in 1-inch balls and roll in granulated sugar. Bake at 375° for 8 minutes. Put candy kiss on each cookie and bake 1-2 minutes (until candy is soft and sticks to cookie).
