Maurine's Delicious Potatoes

Boil as many potatoes as you will want to use. Prepare as you would for mashed potatoes. Add softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese and sour cream to taste. (Put the cream cheese in while potatoes are very hot so it will melt.) Bake in casserole dish, topped with butter and paprika, in 350° oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
